How quickly can you furnish my apartment?
Most furniture is delivered and installed within ten working days of order, in a single coordinated visit. Made to measure items take longer. Curtains take around fifteen working days and bespoke carpentry can take six to eight weeks. Your quotation will show exact lead times for everything you select.
Do I need to be in London?
No. Most of our clients complete from overseas. Concepts and quotations are prepared from your floorplan, we communicate on WhatsApp across your time zone, and you receive photographs and a full walkthrough video of the finished home on installation day.
Is there a minimum project size?
Projects begin at £5,000. Every scheme is designed individually, so the fastest way to an accurate figure is to send your floorplan with the form above.
What exactly does the quotation include?
Everything, itemised. Each piece with its dimensions, finish and individual price, plus delivery, installation, packaging removal and post installation styling and cleaning. There are no hidden costs, and the design service itself is free.
Is the design really free?
Yes. Where many interior designers charge a specification fee, our design and concept work is free. You pay only for the items and services you choose to go ahead with, each individually priced.
How do payments work?
Payment is normally taken at the point of order, and staged payments can be arranged for larger projects. Every payment is against an itemised quotation you have already approved.
Can you supply televisions, appliances and bespoke joinery?
Yes, nothing is excluded. Recent projects have included wall mounted televisions, made to measure wardrobes, full redecoration and lighting works, all within one quotation and one point of contact.
What about home staging if I am selling?
Staging furniture is rented on a three month minimum term from around £2 per square foot per month, with delivery, installation, styling and collection at £599. If the property has not sold at the end of the term, a monthly rolling extension is available.
What warranty and insurance do you carry?
Furniture carries the DIAL 3 year warranty against manufacturer defects, and we hold £5,000,000 public liability and £500,000 professional indemnity insurance.
