The Dial Process

Over many years of providing interior design, luxury furniture packages, and home staging DIAL have created a streamlined process to ensure simplicity and efficiency.

Each of our services have a unique set of requirements and need their own process, very simple steps to give a complete and transparent overview of the service.

1. Get in touch

Get in Touch to schedule a free design consultation, we can hold consultations by phone, video call, or in person at the property.

2. Concept Boards

Based on our consultation we provide an electronic concept board (timeline 3-5 working days) free of charge, this will feature our recommended room layouts and some illustrations based on our interpretation of what you would like to achieve.

3. Concept Review

We then set a meeting by phone or in person to discuss the concept boards to ensure you’re happy with style, quality, layouts, etc.

4. Design Instruction

Once you’re happy we invoice for small design fee (refundable against order).

5. Your Design

We begin work on the full interior design presentation (timeline 7-10 working days) this will include all aspects of the design including individual item detail, full floor plans etc. Fully itemised and illustrated.

6. Feedback

Following your feedback, we make any necessary design scheme amendments.

7. Order

Once you’re happy with all aspects of the interior design scheme you authorise the order.

8. Procurement

We order and store all products in our warehouses until completion takes place.

9. Delivery and Installation

Delivery and installation of design scheme – everything will be delivered (from 4 weeks from point of order) and our expert team will install and set-up everything perfectly for you to move-in and use your new property. We even remove all packaging, vacuum, and polish any surfaces.

We start by discussing details of your property. Location, size, value and your reason for furnishing will all affect the advice we offer.

2. Floorplans or site visit

We will either request a floorplan or visit the property to ensure we recommend the perfect pieces and layout for your particular property.

3. Fully itemised quotation

We provide this free of charge, based on all the information previously gathered on your property and the outcome you are trying to achieve. All quotations are fully illustrated.

4. Review

We take your feedback very seriously and amend the quotation until you are completely satisfied with all aspects.

5. Order

Once you are completely satisfied with your quotation you will receive an invoice. Delivery and full installation will follow within 7-10 days of cleared funds.

6. Installation

Our dedicated delivery & Installation team can collect keys from your agent, developer or concierge and return them post installation. We will assemble and place all furniture, hang artwork/mirrors, steam all bedding, polish and vacuum. Your property will be perfectly ready for marketing or occupancy.

7. Follow up

A member of the Dial team will send photos to your chosen email address or phone number. We believe this to be an invaluable part of our service for those overseas or unable to get to their apartment.
